I’m a business and operations profile who enjoys building things from scratch and turning ideas into something that actually works. I spent several years in strategy consulting (Deloitte, NTT Data, KPMG), working with executive teams on growth, transformation and operational improvement. More recently, I moved into the startup world as COO at a Y Combinator-backed company, where I’ve been close to the real day-to-day of building product, scaling operations and pushing the business forward. What I enjoy most is the building phase: shaping the model, setting up operations, defining metrics and helping ideas become real companies. Right now I’m open to meeting other founders or early teams working on interesting ideas.
